Pair this tasty baked Chatham Blue & Pesto with your favorite salad or vegies.
Your choice of pesto
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In an oven proof baking tray, spoon on 1 table spoon of pesto per fillet and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
Serve on the side or cut up and add to the salad or vegies for a little something extra in your dish.
