Our distribution team at OCEANS NORTH SEAFOODS are based in Christchurch and handle all our deliveries. If any issues arise or you need assistance with your delivery, please call Oceans North Seafoods on 03 348 1588

Deliveries available Nationwide, Tuesday – Friday, on an overnight courier service (subject to orders being placed by 11:00am).

Please note, we do not deliver to RD or PO Box addresses. If you are in this situation, one option might be to make arrangements with family or friends to have you order delivered to a suburban address in a local town.

All products delivered from Oceans North Seafood require a signature upon delivery, unless an authority to leave has been approved by you (the buyer). Please note that Oceans North Seafood or Chatham Island Food Co will not be held liable for missing or damaged product should your parcel be authorised to leave.

All boxes will be delivered in insulated poly boxes with ice packs inside. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and it should arrive within 48 hours. It is advisable that you are there to meet the courier and put your seafood directly in the freezer - we accept no responsibility for thawed/damaged product if no one is home to receive the order.

Please note we charge a fee for packaging & delivery based on the weight of your order. 

Nation Wide (0-6kg) = $10

Nation Wide (6-12kg) = $20

Nation Wide (12-18kg) = $30
