DELIVERY

Rural Deliveries: Order by 6am Monday - Wednesday for delivery prior to the weekend. Orders placed after the cut off will be held over for dispatch the following Monday.

Our dispatch team are based in Christchurch and handle all our deliveries. If any issues arise or you need assistance with your delivery, you can contact them at Oceans North Seafoods on 03 348 1588.

 

Nationwide Standard Delivery is available Monday - Thursday. 

No Post Office Box or Weekend Deliveries.

 

Standard Delivery - $10.00 per 6kg box

Rural Delivery - $17.00 per 4kg box

FREE Pick up from Oceans North Seafood, Christchurch

Standard delivery orders received daily before 6am Monday - Thursday will be packed and dispatched the same day for delivery the following weekday. Orders placed after 6am on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday. Our dispatch team at Oceans North Seafoods do not process orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. 

All products will be delivered in insulated poly-bins with gel-ice packs and biodegradable wool-cool for extra insulation (if required). 

We choose to partner with Courier Post for Nationwide deliveries. We have an arrangement with them whereby our poly-bins are kept in chillers located at all the main depots during transit. This provides an extra layer of security around the cold chain.

All orders are sent on an overnight service. You will be emailed a tracking number on the day of dispatch which we recommend tracking through¬†http://trackandtrace.courierpost.co.nz/. All parcels will be left by the courier unless you request ‚Äėsignature required‚Äô¬†in the order notes.¬†

Please keep a close eye your tracking number to ensure you are home to put your seafood straight into the freezer - we accept no responsibility for thawed/damaged product if no one is home to receive the order.

Delivery to Rural Post addresses may take up to 48-hours' from dispatch. There will be an added fee of $7 for Rural Deliveries. Orders placed after 9am on any Wednesday will be held over to the following week to ensure a successful delivery prior to any weekend.

Please leave a detailed note (99 characters max) if you have specific delivery instructions for the courier driver. Please note courier drivers will not call to advise of an ETA.

Occasionally adverse weather conditions will affect the operations of our courier services or inter island air freight, in which case we will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
