For Keeps: Recipes worth keeping from Chatham Island kitchens
For many years now, hearty Chatham Island netballers young and old have taken to the court every Saturday morning, embracing the full force of the elements, no matter what they bring. Finally, the wheels are slowly in motion for the upgrade of the Norman Kirk Memorial Reserve facility. This upgrade includes a covered in court, which would be a game changer for all sports and recreation on the island. The Chatham Island Netball Club is doing its part to get the ball rolling and help fund this exciting project.
Their small team has curated this wonderful book – For Keeps. Filled with 50 beautiful recipes from all sorts of cooks and all types of kitchens across the island, it’s just a small taste of what is out there, but we are confident you will enjoy making and devouring every one of them.
